Privacy Policy

Relayward (“Relayward,” “we,” “us”) provides a platform that financial firms use to deliver reports securely to their clients. This policy explains how we handle personal information.

For the report content and client information a firm uploads, the firm is the data controller and Relayward acts as a service provider (processor) on the firm's behalf. For account and usage data described below, Relayward is the controller.

Account information: name, email address, firm affiliation, and role, provided when an account is created.

Content: reports and related client/entity information that firms upload to deliver to their clients.

Usage data: sign-in events, report views and acknowledgments, messages, and audit records generated through normal use of the platform.

Technical data: standard log information such as IP address and browser type, used to operate and secure the service.

We use information to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, deliver reports and notifications, maintain audit trails, support our customers, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use client report content for advertising.

We share information with infrastructure subprocessors that host and operate the service (currently Vercel for application hosting, Supabase for database/authentication/storage, and Resend for transactional email), each under contractual confidentiality and security obligations. We may disclose information if required by law.

We protect personal information with strict per-firm data isolation, encryption in transit and at rest, and role-based access controls. See our Security page for details.

We retain personal information for as long as an account is active or as needed to provide the service, and thereafter as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Because much of the data is controlled by the firm that uses Relayward, we may direct certain requests to that firm. To make a request, contact us below.
