Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Relayward platform (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a firm, you represent that you are authorized to bind that firm.

Relayward enables financial firms to deliver reports securely to their clients. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms and any order or subscription agreement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and not to attempt to access data belonging to other firms or to disrupt the Service.

Firms retain all rights to the reports and information they upload (“Customer Content”). You grant Relayward the limited rights necessary to host, process, and deliver Customer Content to the recipients you designate. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of Customer Content and for having the rights to share it.

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

We work to keep the Service available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Relayward will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability will be limited as set out in the applicable order or subscription agreement. You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, the rights granted to you will cease, subject to any data-return or deletion terms in your agreement.
